Getting started with DAG Fulfillment is straightforward. Once we understand your products and order volume, we set up a simple process that fits your business.

We talk through your products, order volume, and any special requirements.

2. Onboarding

You send stock to our facility and we set up your account and reporting.

3. Go live

Orders start flowing in; we pick, pack, and ship under agreed SLAs.

4. Ongoing support

We keep you updated on stock, performance, and any issues that arise.

Cut-off times

Orders received before 2pm are picked, packed, and dispatched the same working day.

What we don't handle

We can't accept hazardous materials, chemicals, pressurised containers, or other restricted/dangerous goods.

Weekend & bank holidays

We don't dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays. Orders placed then go out the next working day.
