DAG Fulfilment provides third-party logistics (3PL), contract packing, order fulfillment, and e-commerce integration services. Services are provided on a per-transaction or subscription basis as agreed in writing.
Pricing is provided in our quotation and invoiced on delivery or monthly billing cycle. Invoices are due within 30 days. Late payment incurs 8% annual interest (per Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998). We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is overdue.
Shipping Carrier Liability: We act as your agent for arranging carrier shipping. Carrier liability is limited per their terms (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, etc.). Claims must be filed with the carrier within their stated timeframes.
Our Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of services provided in the preceding 12 months, excluding loss of profits, data, or consequential damages.
We store and handle products with reasonable care. However, we are not liable for:
You must not ship hazardous materials, illegal items, or restricted goods. Violation results in immediate service termination and forfeiture of fees.
Services rendered are not refundable. We can accommodate order cancellations only if requested before processing begins.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, outstanding fees are due immediately.
