Data Processing Agreement

Effective Date: 27 August 2026

1. Overview

This DPA applies when DAG Fulfilment processes personal data on behalf of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.), payment processors, or other controllers.

2. Roles

• Data Controller: Your business or e-commerce platform
• Data Processor: DAG Fulfilment

3. Scope of Processing

We process customer personal data for the purposes of:

• Order fulfillment and packing
• Shipping and delivery coordination
• Inventory management
• Customer communication (on your behalf)

4. Data Security Measures

We implement:

• Restricted access controls
• Encrypted storage and transmission
• Regular security audits
• Employee data protection training
• Incident response procedures

5. Sub-Processors

We may engage sub-processors for:

• Shipping carriers (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD)
• Cloud storage providers
• Payment processors

You will be notified of any changes to sub-processors.

6. Data Subject Rights

We will assist you in responding to data subject requests (access, erasure, portability) within 30 days.

7. Data Breach Notification

We will notify you of any data breach without undue delay and assist in notifying relevant authorities.
